Cách yêu cầu

1. Mở game, vào Cài đặt (biểu tượng bánh răng), xem dòng Mã người chơi ở cuối.
2. Gửi email tới huycoivip.volam@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Xoá dữ liệu", kèm mã người chơi đó.
3. Chúng tôi xoá dữ liệu trong vòng 30 ngày và trả lời email khi đã xoá xong.

Dữ liệu bị xoá

• Thống kê gắn với mã người chơi: số lần mở game, thời gian chơi, số quảng cáo đã xem, tiến độ trong game, phiên bản và ngôn ngữ.
• Lịch sử nhập mã quà tặng.

Dữ liệu được giữ lại

• Số liệu tổng hợp không gắn với ai (ví dụ: tổng số quảng cáo được xem mỗi ngày).

Thời gian lưu giữ

Nếu không có yêu cầu xoá, dữ liệu gắn với mã người chơi được tự động xoá sau 2 năm kể từ lần chơi cuối.

Dữ liệu không do chúng tôi lưu

• Tiến trình trên máy: bị xoá khi bạn gỡ game.
• Bản lưu đám mây, thành tựu, bảng xếp hạng (Google Play Games): do Google lưu; quản lý hoặc xoá trong ứng dụng Google Play Games hoặc tại myaccount.google.com.
• Dữ liệu quảng cáo (Google AdMob): đặt lại hoặc xoá mã quảng cáo trong cài đặt Google của thiết bị.

How to ask

1. Open the game, go to Settings (the gear icon) and find Player ID at the bottom.
2. Email huycoivip.volam@gmail.com with the subject "Delete data" and include that player ID.
3. We delete the data within 30 days and reply once it is done.

What is deleted

• Statistics linked to your player ID: game opens, play time, ads watched, in-game progress, game version and language.
• Your gift code history.

What is kept

• Aggregate numbers that are not linked to anyone (for example, total ads watched per day).

How long data is kept

Without a request, data linked to a player ID is deleted automatically 2 years after the last time the game was played.

Data we do not hold

• Progress on your phone: deleted when you uninstall the game.
• Cloud saves, achievements and leaderboards (Google Play Games): stored by Google; manage or delete them in the Google Play Games app or at myaccount.google.com.
• Advertising data (Google AdMob): reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
